My Cake Photo's

Here is some pictures of some of the cakes I have decorated in the past few years. I took up cake decorating as a hobby after my daughter asked for a Little Einstein's themed cake for her 3rd birthday. Unable to find one I decided to design one on my own. The experience was so much fun I decided to take a few Wilton cake decorating classes and I was hooked. The rest they say is history. This is purely a hobby for me. I am defiantly an amateur in this field. I only make cakes for my children, some close friends, and some office functions. I love the idea of art that you can eat. I am happy to share any techniques I have used if you are interested. Thanks for looking.
